Common specifications of carbon fiber electromagnetic heating roller (electromagnetic induction heating roller): φ 120 mm ~ φ 1600 mm× L 800 mm ~ L 4000 mm; (Can be customized according to customer requirements) Common temperature: 80℃ ~ 400℃; (Can be customized according to customer requirements) Material selection: 45#, 42GrMo,38 GrMoAl, high-temperature alloy steel, tempered, stress relieved and quenched by advanced heat treatment process. The inner wall thickness of the heating roller is uniform, and the surface hardness after quenching can reach HRC48-51. Carbon fiber (CF) is a new fiber material with high strength and high modulus, and its carbon content is more than 95%.
